Worst customer service ever

<p>I've been use this cell for morthan 10 years, to my surprise the sim couldnt pick network... i went straight to MTN outlet at Cresta Mall. i was advised to do a sim swap cause my previous sim was apparently damaged.</p> <p>i did that but till today i cant recived calls or mesages, I went to the outlet morethan three times still nothing changed... Yesterday i called MTN Customer Care more than 7times...two agents hung-up the call on my ear, first Agent i spoke to was Lungelo. He gave me a demeaning attitude and then hungup the phone on my ear while i was triying to write down the codes to resolve the issue.</p> <p>I called again and spoke to Nokwanda and she gave me this reference number 1- ********** 7603 she was a bit helpfull but still couldnt solve the problem. I then called for the 7th time and asked t o speak to a supervisor(Pravesh) he said today in the morning the problem would be solved.</p> <p>Its very shocking how customers are treated, the level of services offered by your angents is a serious insult to customers, WHAT MORE SHOULD I DO TO GET MY PRIMARY NUMBER FULLY OPERATING? I'VE WASTED MY PRETOL AND TIME SO FAR CALLING YOUR CALL CENTER AND TAKING MY TIME OFF FROM WORK GOING TO YOUR OUTLET. IM AVAILABLE ON MY ALTERNATIVE NUMBER ********** 975</p>
