Worst customer service ever!!!

<p>This branch has consistently given the worst possible service. For a big mall like the pavilion I expect at the very least good service. Firstly you enter the store and get a number and take a seat, 20 minutes go by and all you notice is staff members walking past you,talking to colleagues basically like you not even there. As soon as you ask the question as to why is a simple account payment taking so long you are then addressed with the same old story about them being short staffed. Which I honestly believe is not the issue because I've been sitting there for 20 minutes now and have watched staff members mess around instead of assisting customers. This isn't a one time bad experience at this branch every time i go there i have the exact same issue. </p>
