Worst customer service ever

The worst and most pathetic service I have ever received. Waiting to get through for over 30 minutes only to be put on mute multiple times by an agent who will not explain to their manager why they should be talking to me. The manager themselves so dismissive and sounded annoyed. I will can cel all 4 of my lines and never ever use MTN as a service provider!
