Worst customer service ever

I recently got a home wifi at MTN the promotion was R250 a month with 6 months free Disney + and a Takealot voucher.

After 2 weeks of waiting I queried about when I was going to receive the disney plus and takealot voucher they rep**** with this "Please note that take a lot disney voucher are promotion for online purchases and promotion started after you took your contract." Which was not true because it was a black friday promotion and I went to the store on black friday and the terms and conditions said nothing about it being online only.

One month later 18/12/2023 I received a email titled "Disney+ Premium is now available to activate". And it said this "Thank you for signing up to a MyMTN Home Internet price plan. You have also received a 6 months Disney+ Premuim subscription on us!"

When I logged in on disney+ the subscription was not active even though the instructions stated "Once entered, your subscription is now activated".

After contacting MTN per email they told me to contact disney plus and disney insisted MTN needed to activated the subscription on their side.

I told MTN that and they kept going back and forth with me sending links that didn't work and everytime I rep**** to a email, a new person "who didn't even bother reading the previous mails"rep**** with something like "Please kindly use the link sent to your number via SMS also email to access the Disney+ portal for streaming." - Patrick Mfelang after I said multiple times it's not working.

I can't decide what is worse that or the fact that the first bill and debit order I received from them was incorrect, after calling mailing and going in store they gaslit me in to thinking I was crazy then i receive a mail a week later "MTN identified a billing error that resulted in an incorrect amount debited from your bank account.".

Now I receive a bill that shows they increased the cost and didn't even bother notifying me.

This is truly the worst service I've ever received from a company.
