Worst Customer service ever

On the 27th I app**** for an iPhone 7 contract and I was promised that I will receive the phone in 7 to 10 days, it's been 17 days now I haven't received my device. On Monday I called in to enquire on the progress I sent to pillar to post without any assistance. On Wednesday I called in again at least we established that DSV has my device but they have the wrong contact details I updated the details and I was promised that I will receive a call but even now I haven't received my device and no contact from DSV or Mtn
