Worst Customer Service Ever!

I wouldn't recommend entering into any "month-to-month" contract with this network service provider, enter at own risk (from someone with experience dealing with all major networks in SA).

When the service is down for a whole month without any explanation or assistance from them to solve the problem they'll still chow your money. They don't respond to messages, emails, they don't answer the phone, when you go in store there is such a disconnect between each store and the head office. They themselves are confused as to what is happening. After a lot of back and forth and months later, the store will tell you that the month-to-month contract is cancelled yet they still come debit your money month after month for several months non-stop, even though they have the device and SIM card.

It's super easy signing up but impossible to cancel. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!
