Worst customer service

I have waited for what is going to 2 hours now for apparently a code that your sales Assistant cannot get or probably just doesn't know. I would have been fine with being told that they dont have the product so that I could get on with my day. I have bow wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for nothing. The worst service I have ever received
