Worst customer service

Worst Customer Service ever. Been on the phone from 10.00 to 11.07 being put through from one person to the other. Just for the Manager Nhlonipho Khoza to tell me he also cant just put me through to the person that can help me because customers needs to phone themselves. Pathetic service really. I've been having countless problems with MTN for months and the sad part is that MTN's service is like they're taking calls for free. ALL I NEED IS COPIES OF MY CONTRACTS!!!!!!!!
