WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - can anyone at MTN assist

I have spent the past month trying to sort out issues with my data contract. Keep getting the run around between various numbers to call, hours spent on the phone, 3 visits to MTN stores & the only result is some reference numbers which don't appear to address the issue.<br> Basic issue is since signing an upgraded 3Gig contract I have been getting ********** bills for over usage.<br> 3Gigs are not being credited to my account at the 11th of each month, rather only 2 gigs is being credited.<br> No credit limit is being imposed even though I have requested<br> I topped up with 2Gig in store and this didn't reflect against my account<br> MTN agree the 2 Gig didn't reflect and promised a +/- R2,000 credit - still not been actioned by MTN (I have this in email)<br> MTN app doesn't allow me to buy additional bundles (as per my other contract)<br> When I signed for the Upgrade I was assured I could acquire additional bundles as required.<br> I am not disputing the data usage - but the fact you are billing me overages when I'm still within my data bundle limits.<br> <br> This has all been explained telephonically numerous times to no avail - I am now using a Vodacom SIM for Data!!!<br>
