Worst Customer Service

This must be the worst service provider to deal with when it comes to upgrading your contract. They are quick to start phoning daily, but when you actually want to upgrade, they don’t have stock of the phone you want. I made the trip to istore to upgrade, only to find MTN has lowered my credit to current contract amount. Phone twice to have it increased, but no one does their job. Wasted an hour on the phone with them with no result yet. Really thinking of moving this contract instead as MTN has NO customer service.
