Worst customer service

I bought 30gb for R350 on mtn on the 4th of July2024 it was supposed to be a 15gb day and 15gb night but it all become night data called mtn customer service today spoke to a guy by the name of Kholekisile who did not have answers when I ask why it become a night only data but when I purchase it was saying day and night he responded Dat it was a mistake ask mistake from who and he was like he don't know he will send to investigation department to investigate but he don't promise me anything I ask what did he mean still he could not answer me I'm failing to understand what is customer service for at mtn if we can't get assisted worst service ever know sitting with a data that can't even used, can someone call me from mtn who is willing to assist ***
