Worst Customer Service and Network coverage in the entire telecom industry

Since the 14th of January 2022, I've been complaining about data that I bought, which was worth R349,99 and I have never used the data due to poor network coverage by MTN.

Recently starting from the 6th of April 2022, I have spoken to more than 30 different consultants and I was promised a refund of my airtime, of which up to today my query is still not resolved.

I can safely conclude that the Worst Customer Service and Network coverage in the entire telecom industry is definitely given by MTN.
