worst customer service

I upgraded my mtn contract last year August and was supposed to be receiving 5 gigs of data as per the bracket I chose for the contract but am only getting 1.5 gigs of which I'm paying an extra R400 for im struggling for 5 months now but nobody cares to help....can anyone assist
