Worst Customer Service

Inspite of me being a loyal MTN customer for years, I have experienced the worst customer service that has ruined my credit record.

I bought a laptop in 2019 and it was an out of box failure, which I reported and it was collected by DSV. Since then I have been tossed from pillar to post and I have kept record of all the reference numbers and every time I make a call I need to explain the same thing over and over and there is no progress nor interest in everyone I have spoken to.

I am fed up with MTN and as soon as this issue is over I will no longer do business with them nor will I recommend anyone to use their services.

This is coming from an irate customer who has lost confidence in MTN.
