Worst customer service

Absolutely the worst service provider out there. We have logged over 5 complaints and we still don't get any service. It has aperently been bumped up to a supervisor that was 2 weeks ago. Since I have had a contract with them I have not had 1 day of full coverage and this is in bloemfontein.
