Worst customer service

If I could give zero starts, I would.

I wanted to cancel my contract (which was supposed to be a month-to-month contract).

I phoned MTN on the 10th, where I was told cancelation fee Wil be +-R800. I phoned 2 days later, and the cancelation fee increased to R1300.

I was also told that cancelation takes 30 days, on their website they claim it takes 20 days).

Why is it always so easy to open a contract but to cancel, they always put extra charges and make it difficult.
