Worst Customer Service

The worst customer service experience I'm getting from MTN. I took a contract in January and the phone got delivered on the 12th January. I haven't used my new phone till today because apparently to port/convert/migrate my old prepaid number into the contract it takes a whole month. Today is the 12th of February and it hasn't been done as yet. Can someone please urgently assist with this matter!!! It's really frustrating
