Worst Customer Service

Why is it so difficult to cancel your contract... I have been trying for the last 4 months but no luck. I tried for several days to call the call centre, then I would be on hold for an hour and then you get cut. I am now busy with emails. The first response was the request for personal information to be able to access my account. I sent the information and about a month, I get another email requesting the same information. I supp**** them with the required. Now today it has been another 30 days of no response. What else do I do......
