Worst Customer service

<p> </p> <p>Good Day</p> <p>-My iPhone had a problem, I first went to iStore because I thought it was a software problem, but it wasn't so they instructed me to take the handset where I baught it because it was still under warranty.<br />-I then took it to MTN in Canal Walk mall Century City Cape Town -it was taken in, on the 31st of October 2016.</p>
