WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>Tried Calling MTN stores in Cavendish and Riverside Mall infact ANY MTN store without any answer. I managed to get through to their customer service who are the worst bunch of illiterate, non-understanding people i have ever come across. All i needed is a list of MTN contracts we have registered to our business. They worst then Telkom that passes you from department to department without ANY solution. If there was a rating for no stars then MTN would get that. </p>
