Worst customer service!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. App**** for a contract at Soshanguve Crossing MTN. Took countless calls to get an answer as to when the phone was to be delivered. Then upon collecting the phone the consultant Martha, give me the phone and accessories but tells me they are offline and she would have to call in and get my sim card Rica'd. Must to my future disappointment, i have been call their shop all week either not answering calls or claiming to get back to me. A new week as started and still no feedback after calling yet again and being told they would get back to me in an hour. I'm supposed to pay for this contract when I can't even use the phone????
