WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - I have a contract with MTN which finished at the end of October. I've been trying to cancel my contract since 01 Oct and each time there is a different excuse as to why I cannot cancel. I've called their customer care line SEVERAL times and each time there were system issues. I now have to wait 20 BUSINESS DAYS to cancel and move my number onto prepaid. Their service is PATHETIC and I have to fork out another two months because of their inefficiencies and total disregard for their customers. I will NEVER enter into another contract with them EVER again. I've had several contracts with MTN over the years and this has been the worst and also the LAST.
