Worst Customer Experience

I went to MTN store to take out a contract only to be told that I have been handed to legal. The consultants could not tell me how and when. I paid up all my contracts with MTN, the last of which was in 2019. I have never used MTN since I cancelled my contracts. Can someone tell me what on earth is going on?
