Worst customer care to exist in South Africa

I spent over 2 hours trying to activity a SIM card I bought from their online store which I’m willing to pay monthly. They kept transferring me from department to department to no use. I spent over R200 calling their customer line trying to talk to a manager but the manger is always busy. Seems like they don’t want my money. Worst customer care ever to exit in SA.
