WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

They have the worst customer service ever. You call and all of a sudden the machine response is in a Zulu without me choosing that option. Which leaves me confused. I ask a friend for help, she gets me through to a consultant. Then they Constantly transfer you from RUDE person to person. Whilst speaking they just cut you off.

All of their contact numbers are off. Dial 135 it takes you to telkom. Other numbers either don't exist or they say they cannot help. I Should call back later. So much back and forth. Spent over 2 hours trying to sort out a problem... Which has not been resolved till now.
