Worst customer care in the world

I have struggled with MTN for 11 months now, I threatened leaving MTN for another provider and still no service has been given.<br> <br> from the end of January, MTN changed my payment details off my debit order to cash payments every month because of Nashua Mobile switch overs.<br> <br> MTN did not contact me about this for 4 months and cut my line off. further than this, i was handed over to your VVM attorneys collection which included around an extra R100 - R300 per month. <br> <br> Customer care in Morningside have the most despicable attitude i have ever seen from ANYone. I paid and asked that i be put back onto Debit order, after saying this was done,only to find that 3 months later, i owed MTN money because i didnt pay cash. i had to pay your services for VVM, late payments and petrol to come pay you. not one person ever contacted me from MTN or VVM regarding my account status.<br> <br> Money making scheme?<br> A brilliant service provider in Morningside even had the nerve to tell me all of this was my fault and that she would need R3000 to help.<br> <br> tried to change my account onto a debit order: F<br> tried to speak to your representatives: F<br> took to twitter for help: F<br> Pay VVM: F<br> Credit rating: F<br> Petrol use: F
