Worst customer care experience
First call to the contract customer care . Spoke to a Thula . What a name but doing the opposite. No respect for customers rude is no word . Second call spoke to Portia . Even worse . Id appreciate if those voice logs be reviewed I can provide futher information on request. Disgusting as if the have no value for there jobs

19 Jan 2018, 15:18The manner in which your team mates handled the call was disgusting . If you take a few minutes of your time to listen to it you will get all the explanation that is required. The voice log will be attached to the number I called in with which is ********** 838. I will also like a copy of the two recordings made on the 15th of this month. I request that the two agents be coached regarding this so that other clients and myself dont have to be assisted in that way in the future.
