Worst costumer care, service and Wifi internet provider ever

I know that my review is not going to make any difference because MTN never responds on any review posted on Hellopeter but lets give it a go I have an Wifi contract with MTN and guys please don't ever take this contract with MTN, You have and I mean barley have any connection and if you do you will have les than 1mbps download some times its good more than 10mbps but most off the time less than 1mbps download but the strange thing is that the upload is sky high more than 20mbps I did try and contact MTN but ja its so difficult to get hold of them send e-mails then get reply use thus email address, Then you send a new email and geuss what a nother reply wrong department use this email or follow the link to get in touch so I did both and you would not believe me till today no reply or an effort to get in touch and this I did almost 2 months back I am so frustrated with MTN I pay every month every month for this kind of service worst,worst service provider ever absolute no costumer care or even costumer service cant wait for my contact to end with them going to be the best day of my life
