WORST CONTRACT SERVICE PROVIDER

My services for the acc BBA*** & A*** have been suspended even though I tried on several occassions to make a payment via eft and communicating the problem with mtn through the following references {***,***and ***.}What else did you expect me to do after pleading with you not to suspend my lines but to deduct the double amount in December?How am I upposed to live without a phone?Is this the thank you I get from you after being such a loyal client to you?I am so dissappointed in you guys as a result I cannot wait for March 2021 to arrive so that I can cut my ties with you.
