WORST consultants EVER

I bought a router yesterday till now it doesn't connect. I called them yesterday on the 135 number and they said I go to the store because the adress there was wrong. I called the store and they confirmed that the adress is right. I called 135 and all I get is different consultants who are so rude, mean, and impatient. Av been calling them the whole day and all they do is to tell me different stories. I spoke to Nomsa, Nomthanda or Nomfundi, others I even forget their names. They are soooo horrible to their customers and they don't even care. Such I bad experience. I don't see my self using MTN again I don't wanna lie.
