Worst Company of All Times
I am every sorry that I heard about MTN. They are the worst company ever. Never return your calls or respond to emails.
I need this ***** investigation resolved and closed. My name cleared and profile updated at ITC.
Willem Loots and Alice van der Merwe are of no help, empty promises.
Maybe somebody else that can make decisions can contact me and resolve this urgently.

Keep getting sorry for the inconvenience but nothing happens after that.

I have received an email from Nqobile was regard to some one else's query but nothing about mine.
MTN you suck. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
