Worst company in South Africa - MTN !!!

I would give MTN a -10 star rating, but unfortuantely I can't do that. I constantly complain to them month after month, year after year, that their network coverage is poor or doesn't work AT ALL. Their response every time (after a 5 day wait) is to say they are aware of "a fault which is being attended to". This has been ongoing since Feb 2021 when the batteries were ****** out of the tower which is on our property, site T3204. The problems persists.

I have 2 contracts currently with MTN, due to expire around the end of 2023. For the past 2 months now they decided to increase my debit order without any notice given to me personally, nor did they have the decency to ask me and my business either if that would be ok. When I queried it, they blamed it on inflation in South Africa, theft of batteries and vandalism!!! I told them that MTN had reported a PROFIT in 2023 numbering in the BILLIONS of rands, so them increasing my contract debit amount is just plain theft! I also told them that they had not bothered to replace the batteries in the tower on our property and that they have constantly ignored my request to sit down with their representatives in order to provide them with security solutions to protect this site. NO ONE RESPONDS, therefore they are lying when they blame my increased charges on battery theft etc etc because they do not replace anything!

MTN is nothing but a bunch of thieving swines, and I will be taking this further and reporting them to ICASA. DO NOT use this company, they have been *****ing from me for years, before this they used to ***** from me when I still had a data contract through them. I have been a client for decades, but they treat me like Sh*t. F**k you MTN - I will be leaving you at the end of my contract period and will be going elsewhere at the end of the year.
