WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH EVER!!!

Good day, Seem like at least I am not the only one having difficulty with the service… My story is a long story, however the just of it it … - Did the application online - Received a call saying everything has been approved - Confirmed all my details including banking details - Cancelled my current contact - Then received a message that the application has been put on hold pending documentation, but no contact details, email address or list of documentation required! -Contacted MTN, got the number for Mondo and then contacted them - Was given 2 email addresses to send documentation to - Few days later phone them once again, was told I sent the documents to the wrong email addresses - Sent the documents to the third email addresses - Phoned this morning, guess what… my application is still pending due to documents not received!

This is crazy! If you don’t contact them, they surely do not contact you to follow up. My original application was done the 28th of November!

It would’ve been easier and a lot less frustrating had I gone into a MTN branch or an iStore.
