Worst company .

Worst company ever.Cancelled with them immediately after taking out the service in 2020.Received no service at all but bank was debited. Reversed the debit order and contacted them.They still kept debiting my account. Again contacted them. They admitted we did not owe anything but we had their router and they would collect it. They collected the router. After that they started debited my account with unusual amounts.The plan was a R399 one but I was being debited for R1000,R62.50,R500 etc.No reasons were given.Since I owed nothing I reversed the unauthorized debit orders. After 3years now in July 2023 they send me a statement of R2772 and are threatening to hand me over.They have never once communicated with me except for July. I am fed up and tired of wasting my airtime,time and sleep.Really this is way beyond harassment.
