Worst Client Service Received

Very disappointed at the service received from MTN in Howard Centre, Pinelands. Bought a prepaid phone that has the worst functioning I've ever experienced just 2 weeks ago and I wasn't informed of the phone's inabilities. Went back to MTN to report the million problems I'm getting from using this phone and they just told me there's nothing they can do about it because it is an entry level device and the salesperson goes on to say I should've expected it because of it's price. Why did he say that I can have my apps downloaded when the storage isn't allowing it and also advising that I can add another network SIM when I can only receive calls on it. Frustrating even worse is when a MTN consultant randomly called me to find out how the phone is performing and advised that I can take it back to the Store but now they say something different. To think I was even planning on getting a home plan from them and now I'm stuck with a sick phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
