Worst client service ever.

I've got a contract for almost 10 years at mtn and I'm still on the old system. When I phone in nobody can help me, it takes me a whole morning to get to the right person that can access the old system, and they still can't help me. I just want to upgrade my contract but nobody can help me. Worst client service ever.
