WORST CELLPHONE SERVICE EVER

I returned a Hisense cellphone in May and cancelled my contract because the phone was defective. Till today the debit orders are going off my account and nobody can help me cancel the contract. they keep on transferring me to other departments which cannot help me or they cut the call. I am really sick and tired of their service. Its pathetic.
