Worst cellphone company by MTN

After deciding to cancel my contract with MTN due to bad reception in my area, I have not been able to cancel the contract successfully. I en quired about the process in store and I was told tomwait untill my contract ended. An agent would then contact me and will then help me through the cancellation process. I have told the agents on a recorded call numerous times, but I was still charged for a month to month contract. Then I tried calling myself, when I finally reached the contract department after being in hold for more than 5 minutes, the call was dropped. I phined again and the same thing happened again! I am completely disgusted with MTN and will never recommend them to anyone! Bad reception, and even worse customer service!!!!
