WORST CELLPHONE COMPANY

About 4 days ago I tried to claim from the isurance as my phone has fallen and cracked. I ended up waiting on hold for 2 hours as they took their time struggling to file a report. Finally after receiving a Insurance Claim Form via email 1 day later I send it back, they tell me that the phone will be collected today between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm. My phone has not been collected and it is simply impossible to get any service from this place. You can't get ahold of head office as they close at 5. You can't complain to someone in charge as everyone gives you a different number to contact, the only way to complain is to email them, then you receive an email back that says they'll call you... which also never happens. This service is disgusting! MTN is by far the worst cellular company filled with useless employees.
