Worst call centre ever!
I continue to be appalled by the service from the MTN Call Centre. Tried to sort out a data share problem between my son and husbands phone's today. To verify some security thing they needed to speak to my husband. The first operator was happy to call him to do her security check but then we got cut off. The second operator rudely informed that they would not phone him and he must phone them. Do these people work for the same company???? I am still trying to get a refund after they took payment for top up data, at a time when there website was malfunction... almost a year later I have literally giving up after countless emails and calls... No wonder they are in the trouble they are in. <br> However I find there branch service very good.
