Worst Call Center - Out of a S#@t Bunch
<p>I have an issue where Cell C callers cannot dial my number - it says the number does not exist. Similarly, if they send me SMS messages they do not come thorugh. I logged this issue on 22 Dec and have had no resolution. I tried calling again today and after waiting for 40 minutes got through to someone who was unable to help me and when they transferred me the call dropped. <br /><br />I am tired of wasting my time on this stupid issue. Please can someone actually help and not just **** my time away? </p>

Please note that our records indicate that your line is completely connected on our network and therefore the issue may lie with the routing from cell c ; it might have not been updated on their side when the number was ported to MTN. Kindly please contact Cell C for assistance with this.
