Worst billing never
Billing!!! Your account is the worst ever. In May you overcharged me by R170 as ,on no fault of mine you did not honour your contract with me on My Choice 100 . In june you overcharged me by R679.57 as I paid the contract fee of R215.46. You acknowledge my payments but you still keep me responsible for your mistakes. I pledge to take my money back at the bank every month untill this account is rectified as this is solely YOUR MISTAKE. As you owe me the amount of R849.57 thus far. I wil only pay you myself via eft as last month on number*** R119 and on number *** R267.40 this month. GET YOUR BILLING RIGHT

Our records show that you were Billed for Internet usage over and above the 300MB data bundle allocated for the 083779 *** line and that the debit order was reversed by you and the account remains 30 days in arrears for the June invoice.
