Worst billing and service ever

I recently taken a ps5 through incredible connection for a ps5, they debit me one month prorate, now I find out I am being debit another month prorate, which was not advised to my in the beginning, this is bull**** and I do not accept this, please get someone to contact me and remove the prorate billing
