Worst/Best Upgrade - iPhone 6 @R500pm not R900pm

I upgraded my cell contract on 1 March 2015 with a consultant who was not interested in work at all for the day. The consultant indicated that the sim-swop would take up to 24 hours. I returned to the shop this morning after this had not happened to realise that the swop was never loaded onto the system.<br> <br> A very helpful consultant then did the swop for me within 3 hours. But as the first consultant did not upload the correct details onto the system I am still on my old contract now only having to pay -R500pm for a new Iphone 6 were it should be costing me R900pm.<br> <br> They can also not fix this issue due to the fact that they do not have my signed contract in the shop. The only way to fix this is by me cancelling my upgrade and resigning a new upgrade contract. This after I have been in the shop 3 hours already to sort this out. <br> <br> The only downside is that I dont have as much data or airtime as per my signed contract, but at least the iphone is cheaper.<br> <br>
