Worst attitude from your staff at 5 Simmonds Street

Terrible attitude received in your Simmonds street branch in JHB, there are there 2 ladies that were on call today. I worked in as i needed to collect my phone, the door was locked but they were inside so i knocked but they just looked at me funny instead of asking what i needed or just open the door. This other customer that was making her way out let me in aa ahe was leaving, I get inside still no form of acknowledging me but the 2 ladies (staff) went ahead with their business. I stood the for almost 10 minutes hoping that 1 of them would come to me but nothing, the other lady even went to the backroom. MTN are these the type of people you employ, that does not even value their customer? What they did was very rude and disrespectful and has left a taste in my mouth. These ladies are old for them to behave in this bad manner, I actually feel like canceling my contract with your company because really those ladies are rotten apples that knows nothing about customer service
