Worst and most Inefficient service

I bought a Samsung from MTN online 3 months ago. I used the phone for one month and the device stopped working. went to numerous MTN stores to try and find out the process to get the phone checked by MTN. Not the call center nor the stores knew what to do. MTN has claimed the device to be a manufacturing fault yet and have credited me with a new device. upon trying to receive the new device, the store realizes they cant issue the phone nor the online stores could issue. yet the month fee has been going off and its been 2 months without a device. Worst and most inefficient company. i honestly regret taking out a contract with MTN
