Worst and disrespectful customer service.

Can not believe that a loyal customer of more than 10years will be treated with disrespect. Can't even finish my call then a collection department agent by the name of Caroline is undermining us customers. I'm seeking for a solution she just told me that I must not blame her for my number to be suspended. Arrangements were done she just told me to speak to the person who dealt with my query and just hang up the call. I am hurt and can not get a solution or someone to understand my query. I just wish I can pay off my arrears sooner, then I'll be done with MTN. Worse customer service I've received. Never doing business with them.
