Worst and disgusting service from MTN

i have been having problems on my account from July 2016. I phoned MTN many times trying to sort out the problem till In October I spoke to a guy named Prince who was very helpful but the problem was never sorted. The first time the problem started was when my phone was suspended and when I phoned they told me that I had exceeded my credit limit. I told them that I don't have an open contract and they told me I bought data on self service. Because I knew very well that I didn't, I asked the consultant to block the line and leave my other line open (I have to contracts). All was sorted until every end month the bill was accumulating. Phoned for them every month to sort it out but they continued telling my that I am still buying data. I asked them how I can buy data when the number is blocked and the supervisor told me to deal with it and pay up. I then went to the MTN head office on the 6th of December 2016 around 2pm and a lady there assisted me. At around 4 when I was leaving she assured me that everything will be reversed as they have noted that after I asked for the account to be blocked and a consultant named Sibongile made a mistake and went to open the line and data was coming to the account and it shows it wasn't used. (I stopped using the line since i requested for it to be blocked). Yesterday that's when I got the surprise of my life. My other line was suspended. I phoned 808 and they told me my account has be handed to legal. I didn't know all this. I asked the lady (Nosipho) to ask the lawyers to email me and she also stated that there is no record that I went to head office. The last record shows that I made a call on the 29th of November. she said she will cc me on the email to the legal department and it never happened. My question is, who will ever sort out this mess from MTN if the head office can't do it? The lady at the headoffice was typing notes on my account saying she will make sure all is reversed since the problem was from MTN and not from me. She even said I should make sure the SIM card is broken and thrown Away of which I did. I have Never stopped or jumped to pay my installments and I have all the POPs. All I am asking is for the data which I never bought or used to be reversed because it's a problem from your side. No one seems to care to assist from your headoffice and from your call center. Remember all this is affecting me and not you even though I have been your client from 2008. This is really not fair at all. Please may the CEO of MTN assist on this. I am due for upgrade and I don't I would want to upgrade before this is sorted.
