Worst and ******* Network Company!

What a pathetic unreliable network company! The WORST in SA. 2 issues<br> <br> I phoned MTN direct round about the 23rd of October. They would have phoned me back the following Monday to sort out an Customer Protection act (CPA) issue on my contract nr ***, where I upgraded to a Samsung Note 4 on 27 September at 14th Ave MTN Head office while being told that that the Note 5 was only coming out in 2016! According to the CPA they falsely made me upgrade to a note 4 to get rid of old stock! I will take it to the CPA as the CPA clearly states they should have informed me. I want a Note 5 on the same contract with the same price now. The lady said it's possible and that they would phone me by last Monday! No call as of yet. 2de issue is that MY 2G remaining Internet bundle on *** expires tonight at 12. I can't connect to Internet due to a network problem according to 173. Again paying for a service I can't use and violation of the CPA. This WILL BE REFUSED! Maybe I should also print a banner and put it up next to the highway to expose this injustice!
