Worst after sales service from MTN!

MTN Bayside Llewelyn - quick to sell us a new package, but not forthcoming with after-sales service!!! We have written, called, begged for help, sent an email to the complaints department over the past 2 weeks to NO avail!! Disgusting!!! And this for people who have been loyal good customers for years. It seems no-one knows what they are doing!!
